I've always wondered why do Necros lose 5 of their skills when they enter Death Shroud (healing, ultilities and elite). People have been complaining that Necro DPS benchmarks are low and at least the Scourge doesn't rely on Death Shroud anymore. So what if they gave Reaper Shroud and normal Death Shroud the use of slot skills aswell?
